If you receive a product that you don’t absolutely love, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Please note the following conditions:

• We require proof of purchase to process the return request, even if your item was a gift
• The item must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
• All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date

Once we receive the returned items and verify they meet the above conditions, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us within 7 business days at if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or full refund.
